Autechno designed, built, and commissioned an electrical panel for the management of a dicing press whose main motor is driven by a 315 kW Siemens inverter back-actuated with encoder.
This solution solved a typical problem of cube presses, namely, being able to vary the number of revolutions of the die to adapt its compression.
The solution with an inverter retro-actuated with encoder then made it possible to run the press die at very low RPM with nominal torque, allowing the die to be cleaned smoothly and very quickly.
The added value that Autechno has been able to bring to the table is specific programming for this type of application such as to optimize the performance of the motor combined with the die.
