Autechno electro-informatically designed, built and commissioned the process control of a dosing and dicing line used for fertilizer production. It was in addition necessary to realize the operation in such a way that it could be built according to the dictates of Industry 4.0.
We therefore manufactured, supplied and installed:
- Power automation electrical panels
- Electrical systems on board the machine
- SCADA supervision system
- MES for interfacing OT to IT for the purposes of Industry 4.0
- Interfacing with Customer’s management/logistics system.
The Customer relying on Autechno was able to implement the above by relying on a single company, reducing implementation costs and time and having a single point of contact.
